Copyright complaint policy

1. Filing a copyright complaint

• your full legal name and contact information
• a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on GeFe
• a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• your physical or electronic signature

2. Submission

3. GeFe response

Upon receiving a valid complaint, GeFe may investigate the report and may remove, disable, restrict, or otherwise take action with respect to the reported content or account, where appropriate.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to GeFe. Your counter-notice should include sufficient information for GeFe to review the matter, including:

• your full name and contact details
• identification of the content that was removed or restricted
• the location where the content appeared before removal
• a statement that you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification
• your physical or electronic signature

GeFe may review the counter-notice and take any action it considers appropriate under applicable law and platform policy.

5. Repeat infringement

GeFe may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement or repeated submission of unlawful or abusive content.

6. Misuse of this process

Submitting false, misleading, or abusive complaints or counter-notices may result in account action or other consequences under applicable law.
