If you believe your content was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to GeFe. Your counter-notice should include sufficient information for GeFe to review the matter, including:
GeFe may review the counter-notice and take any action it considers appropriate under applicable law and platform policy.
GeFe may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement or repeated submission of unlawful or abusive content.
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive complaints or counter-notices may result in account action or other consequences under applicable law.
