These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GeFe's website, marketplace, products, and related services. By accessing or using GeFe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use GeFe.
GeFe is a marketplace platform that enables users to list, discover, buy, and sell fashion items and related products.
You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GeFe may require identity, payment, or account verification in some cases.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings, descriptions, photos, categories, prices, and item details are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
By listing an item on GeFe, a seller represents that:
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details carefully before making a purchase. Buyers should use their own judgment and review item descriptions, measurements, condition notes, photos, price, shipping terms, and other relevant details.
GeFe may charge service fees, seller fees, payment-processing fees, shipping-related fees, or other marketplace charges. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at or before the point they apply.
GeFe may use third-party payment providers to process transactions, payouts, refunds, or related services.
Users may submit or upload listings, photos, descriptions, messages, profile information, and other content.
You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting content to GeFe, you grant GeFe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and protect the platform.
You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
GeFe may monitor activity, review listings, remove content, restrict features, delay payouts, suspend accounts, cancel transactions, or take other actions where we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce policies, investigate misconduct, or reduce legal, financial, trust, or safety risk.
GeFe provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeFe disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, authenticity, availability, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeFe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business arising out of or relating to your use of GeFe.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeFe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your listings, your transactions, or your misuse of GeFe.
You may stop using GeFe at any time. GeFe may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any account or service at any time where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the platform, investigate misconduct, or comply with law.
GeFe may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of GeFe after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
