Can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track an order when the seller has used a supported tracked delivery service and added valid tracking details.
Where to find tracking
Open your order details and look for the tracking link or tracking number. You may also receive the same information by email after dispatch.
Tracking is not updating
A carrier may need several hours to register the first scan. During busy periods, updates can also appear later than expected.
If there is still no movement after 48 hours, contact the seller first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact GeFe Support with your order number.
Untracked delivery
Some delivery methods do not provide live tracking. In that case, use the estimated delivery window shown in your order details and contact the seller if it passes.
