I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Start by checking your email address, password and the sign-in method originally used for the account.
Reset your password
Use the forgotten-password option and check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email. Open only the most recent reset link.
Still cannot sign in
Clear the browser cache, try a private window or another device, and make sure cookies are enabled. If the problem continues, contact GeFe Support with the email address linked to the account.

Check your sign-in method
If you created the account with Google, Apple or another provider, use the same option again instead of entering a separate password.
