How do I cancel an order?
Cancellation may be possible before the seller dispatches the item. Once the order has shipped, you may need to follow the return process instead.
Request a cancellation
Open the order in your account and use the available cancellation or support option. Submit the request as quickly as possible and explain why you need to cancel.
If the seller has already dispatched
A dispatched order usually cannot be stopped through GeFe. Wait for delivery and check whether the order qualifies for a return.
Refund after cancellation
When a cancellation is approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional working days to show the credit.
