What if I received the wrong item?
Do not use, wash or alter the item. Keep the original packaging and report the problem through the order page.
Document the problem
Take clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label and any size or product labels. Show how the item differs from what was ordered.
Contact the seller
Message the seller through GeFe and explain the issue. Do not arrange an off-platform return or payment.
Wait for return instructions
If a return is approved, use the address and delivery method provided. Keep the tracking receipt until the refund or replacement is complete.
