What if items are missing?
If part or all of your order is missing, check the order and tracking details before reporting the issue.
Check for separate parcels
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel, especially when they come from different sellers. Compare the items received with each order and tracking number.
Report the missing item
Contact the seller through the order page and describe exactly what is missing. Include photographs of the parcel, packaging label and contents received.
Escalate the issue
If the seller does not resolve the problem, contact GeFe Support before any buyer-protection deadline expires. Keep all packaging until the case is closed.
