How do refunds work?
Refund timing depends on the reason for the refund, whether a return is required and how quickly your payment provider processes the credit.
When a refund is issued
A refund may be issued after an approved cancellation, an unsuccessful order or an approved return. Where a return is required, the item may need to be received and checked first.
Where the refund is sent
Refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method. GeFe cannot usually redirect a refund to a different card, bank account or wallet.
How long it can take
After GeFe confirms the refund, your bank or payment provider may need several working days to show it in your account.
If the expected processing period has passed, contact your payment provider and then GeFe Support with the order number and refund confirmation.
