How do I return an item?
Because GeFe is a marketplace, return eligibility depends on the reason for the return, the seller's terms and GeFe buyer-protection rules.
Check whether the item is eligible
Review the listing, order details and any return terms shown before opening a request. Items normally need to be unworn, unused and returned in the condition received.
If the item is damaged, counterfeit, significantly different from the listing or the wrong item, report the issue as soon as possible and include clear photographs.
Start a return
Open the order, choose the relevant help option and explain why you want to return it. Include photographs and any other evidence that helps show the issue.
Send the item back safely
Do not return an item until the return has been approved and you have been given the correct return instructions.
Use tracked delivery, keep the receipt and retain the tracking number until the return is completed.
